RZA of Wu-Tang Clan has changed the date of his Riga show

The concert of RZA (Wu-Tang Clan) in Riga, "Sapnu Fabrika" will take place on Thursday, April 3 (not  April 4 as it was announced before).

RZA, the leader of the world-known group Wu-Tang Clan, in his letter to the concert promoters and all his Baltic fans, apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the change of the Riga show date.

The reason of  this change is an important German TV show where RZA has to perform live on the 4th of April, in account of his new album release in Germany in the end of April. 
RZA hopes that the change of the Riga show date won't detract the interest for his concert and  promises to pay special regard to his performance in Riga to leave everybody in the audience more than satisfied.
RZA also points out the bright side of this announcement - his meeting with the Baltic audience will now take place exactly 24 hours earlier than planned before!



In spite of the change of Riga show date - all the tickets purchased in pre-sales will be valid on the show day - 3rd of April.

Besides RZA, other surprise acts from Wu-Tang Clan and Killarmy are to have a share in the event, such as Beretta 9, Masta Killa, dj Mathematics, dj Sueside, Cilvaringz (the very first and only European artist to have been contracted by RZA under his production company) and the beautiful singer Tekitha to discard any doubt of incomparable event.
Besides the upper mentioned performances of these colonels of American hiphop, the event gathers a number of the most solemn local acts - the critically acclaimed duo S'T'A, dj's Krii and Monster (top value artists of the Baltic scale), mc's Guiseppe, Armands, R-VISS performing together with Latvia's #1 rapper GUSTAVO, due to his debut LP release, and a grand opening performance of the first Latvian new-wave label RITMIŅŠ collective (featuring mc-ing, dj-ing and live freestyling) playing on the unique, specially designed stage construction. The event also captures the best moments in the Russian hiphop scene - KASTA (www.kasta.ru) and NONAMERZ.

RZA, born Robert Diggs is the leader, founder, mastermind and producer of the multi-platinum selling rap group Wu-Tang Clan. He brought forth acts such as Ol'Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Ghostface Killah and of course the Wu-Tang Clan. He released two solo albums entitled 'Bobby Digital In Stereo' and 'Digital Bullet' which both featured Killarmy member Beretta 9, Cilvaringz (His first European Wu-Tang affiliate) and Wu-Tang Clan member Masta Killa, who all will be joining RZA on this European tour. 

In addition to producing Wu-Tang, he has also produced songs for other acts such as Big Punisher, Notorious Big, AZ, Cypress Hill, Rage Against The Machine, Bjork, Tricky, Dog Eat Dog, Ozzy Ozbourne, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg and many, many others.

Recently he was contracted to produce the score and soundtrack for Quentin Tarantino's new movie KILL BILL which will be released later on this year. RZA had already scored a movie by Jim Jarmusch entitled 'Ghost Dog: Way Of The Samurai'. And also contributed to various Yet Lee movie soundtracks.
